Meet our employee, Matt Stromberg

Hometown: Delaware, OH

Tell us a little about yourself: I am married to my lovely wife Amanda (who I met at UBT), and we have three dogs, and a baby girl due in September.  I love the water, and enjoy living near the Chesapeake Bay.  In my spare time I like to mountain bike, skateboard, and play racquetball.

Years at UBT: 7+

Position at UBT: Major Account Executive

What do you like most about working at UBT: The fact that no two opportunities are the same.  It keeps things interesting, and encourages thinking outside of the box.

Interesting Fact:  Banging your head against a wall burns 150 calories an hour. (But we don't recommend it.)

United Business Technologies (UBT) has partnered with Blessings in a Backpack to fill 50 backpacks full of food each week for the next three years. The backpacks will provide weekend meals to students who qualify for the federally-funded National School Lunch Program at South Lake Elementary School in Gaithersburg, MD.  Through this program, UBT will contribute $50 for every copier sold from December 1st, 2016 to November 30th, 2019.

Blessings in a Backpack is a nonprofit that works with volunteers across the country to collect and package backpacks full of food, distributing them each Friday to students who qualify.
