UBT offers health care plans to support the health its employees and their families. This includes medical plan options, a comprehensive dental and vision plan, Life and AD&D, and Long/Short Term Disability.
This link leads to the machine-readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
UBT offers a Flexible Spending Account plan that allows employees to deduct contributions on a pretax basis to an account to be used for medial or childcare expenses.
UBT has established a 401(k) plan that currently is matched 100% of up to the first 5% the salary employee contributes.
UBT employees receive 7 paid holidays per year: New Year's Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day and following Friday; Christmas Day. First year employees receive 2 weeks paid time off.
